The Passion Of The Christ - Permission Form

Due to the rating of the movie being an R-rated movie for Violence we need Parental Permission for your student to watch this movie with us following our Good Friday Service. The movie displays what Jesus went through the night he was arrested and to the next day of beating and His crucifixion. It is Rated R due to the extreme violence and blood shown during Jesus' Being whipped and beaten, to being hung on the cross. Please don't hesitate to call with any question or concerns you may have.

I give my child Permission to watch "The Passion of The Christ" movie with DV8 Student Ministries on April 18th, 2025. I fully understand it is a R-rated movie for the violence and blood shown for a more realistic aspect of the beating, whipping, and torment Jesus suffered during the crucifixion. I do not hold Faith Baptist Church or it's Employees liable when it comes to showing this movie.
