Our Team

Pastor Steve has served at Faith Since August 2010. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Sheila. They have 2 boys and 1 daughter-in-law. Caleb is married to Chelsea. Joshua just graduated high school in June 2024.

Pastor Steve graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in communications. He went to Ashland Theological Seminary where he earned a Masters of Divinity degree and a Doctor of ministry degree.

He enjoys spending time with his family and is a die-hard OSU fan. He enjoys sports, reading, and watching crime dramas on TV.

Stephen has served as Pastor of the student ministries here at Faith since October of 2018. He has since grown his role here at Faith by taking on other pastoral responsibilities and duties: preaching, visitations, and pastoral care, along with Faith's online presence. He still continues having a strong passion for shepherding youth while diving into other areas of pastoral ministry that God has laid on his heart.

Stephen is married to his lovely wife Beth and they have two wonderful dogs, Oakley and Chopper. Stephen enjoys spending time with His family and friends by enjoying the outdoors, playing soccer, growing in disc golf, and is always up for a good time. He really enjoys ministering to the youth and the people here at Faith.

 Joe has served as the Pastor to young adult and our outreach ministries since October 2018 and has since grown his role by taking on other pastoral responsibilities and duties: small group coordinator, preaching, visitations, and pastoral care. Joe's passion is outreach.  Joe loves going out into the community and meeting new people.  He has a heart for those who are struggling with life, either though hardships or addictions.  

Joe has been married to his wife Michelle since 2001.  They have 2 kids, Jillian and Cooper. Joe enjoys reading comic books and playing video games.  When he is with family,  they love watching movies and playing games together.      

Kim believes God has given her a love of children! She was a preschool teacher for 10 years. She has also taught VBS and Sunday school. Since 2016 she has been extremely blessed to serve kids and families as the Director of Faith Kids Care. She has been the Director of Faith Kids Ministries since January of 2022. She is excited for the future of our Kids ministry here at Faith and hope to make it a place where kids can grow in their love of Jesus in a fun and engaging way.

Kim's has been married to her husband Dan for more than 30 years. They are blessed with two amazing sons, Josh and Nick, and two daughter-in-laws. They have been gifted with two grandbabies, with the hopes of many more! Kim really enjoys exploring new places, SHOPPING, and reading, but most of all she treasure time with my family and grandchildren.

Paul has had a passion for worshiping God through music since a very young age. It’s his honor and privilege to be able to do so for his church family on a weekly basis. The Lord has blessed Paul with his wife Erin, and their beautiful two daughters Adysyn and Gracelyn. He enjoys spending his time investing in their lives and their walks with Jesus.

Paul also has passions for Pickleball, Golf, and disc golf, which he enjoys playing as often as he is able too. He also enjoys escaping for a couple hours in a landscape painting from time to time.

His prayer and goal is to help lead this church family to the thrown of Jesus in praise and worship. That the songs we sing as a church are not just repeated words but words of action and meaning. Paul is very blessed to call Faith his home and is excited for all that the Lord has in store for his future within His Church and in life.

Kally Teeple has been married to her husband, Kevin, for 14 years, and together they are blessed with three wonderful children who bring joy, laughter, and energy to their home, along with their two dogs. Kally has a lifelong passion for working with children and feels called by God to serve in early childhood education. She finds great fulfillment in creating a nurturing environment where children can grow academically, socially, and spiritually.

Outside of work, Kally enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing at home, and attending baseball games. She is grateful for the opportunity to be part of the preschool's mission and looks forward to all that God has planned for its future. 

Deb has served as the Church Secretary for many years. She handles publications and information. She puts her unique touch for making everything pretty.

Deb has two daughters, Sharon and Laura, two granddogs and three grandkitties.  Deb enjoys creative cooking and creating coffee combos, online word puzzles, and Google searches.
