Our Team

Pastor Steve has served at Faith Since August 2010. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Sheila. They have 2 boys and 1 daughter-in-law. Caleb is married to Chelsea. Joshua just graduated high school in June 2024.

Pastor Steve graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in communications. He went to Ashland Theological Seminary where he earned a Masters of Divinity degree and a Doctor of ministry degree.

He enjoys spending time with his family and is a die-hard OSU fan. He enjoys sports, reading, and watching crime dramas on TV.

Stephen has served as Pastor of youth ministries here at Faith since October of 2018. He has started furthering his role by taking on other responsibilities with pastoral duties: preaching, visitations, and pastoral care, along with Faith's online presence.

Stephen is married to his lovely wife Beth and they have two wonderful dogs, Oakley and Buddy. Stephen enjoys spending time with His family and friends by enjoying the outdoors, playing soccer, growing in disc golf, and is always up for a good time. He really enjoys ministering to the youth and the people here at Faith.

 Joe has served as an Associate Pastor to young adult and our outreach ministries since October 2018. Joe's passion is outreach.  Joe loves going out into the community and meeting new people.  He has a heart for those who are struggling with life, either though hardships or addictions.  

Joe has been married to his wife Michelle since 2001.  They have 2 kids, Jillian and Cooper. Joe enjoys reading comic books and playing video games.  When he is with family,  they love watching movies and playing games together.      

Kim believes God has given her a love of children! She was a preschool teacher for 10 years. She has also taught VBS and Sunday school. Since 2016 she has been extremely blessed to serve kids and families as the Director of Faith Kids Care. She has been the Director of Faith Kids Ministries since January of 2022. She is excited for the future of our Kids ministry here at Faith and hope to make it a place where kids can grow in their love of Jesus in a fun and engaging way.

Kim's has been married to her husband Dan for more than 30 years. They are blessed with two amazing sons, Josh and Nick, and two daughter-in-laws. They have been gifted with two grandbabies, with the hopes of many more! Kim really enjoys exploring new places, SHOPPING, and reading, but most of all she treasure time with my family and grandchildren.

Caleb is the new worship leader here at Faith. This is his first year leading worship at Faith, but he has played the drums at church for almost ten years. He is studying History and Secondary Education at PFW, with the goal of being a high school history teacher. He has been married to his wife Chelsea, for two years. He enjoys sports, especially football, basketball, and baseball, and plays for the church softball team.

Lisa is a wife, mother to three amazing children, and a “Lovey” to her grandson. She was born in California, raised in Ohio, and has lived in Indiana since 1999. Lisa has always loved children and felt called to education. Faith has been her church home since 1996. In September 2008, Lisa began teaching at Faith Baptist Preschool Academy and has taught at every age level. In January 2022, she became the fifth director in the 50 years of FBPA. She feels honored and blessed to serve Christ's Kingdom in this way. 

Deb has served as the Church Secretary for many years. She handles publications and information. She puts her unique touch for making everything pretty.

Deb has two daughters, Sharon and Laura, three granddogs and three grandkitties. Deb's best buddies are my cats, Willow and Rory. Deb enjoys creative cooking and creating coffee combos, online word puzzles, and Google searches.
